Workshops
As there is so much information on prenatal and postnatal fitness, sometimes it all becomes too much. As I really want to share safe information, I have created two kinds of workshops. These are perfect in your midwifery practices or at your fitness studio.
Workshops can be done either in English or in Dutch and can be done in real life or online.
Informative workshops
In this workshop I will mainly talk about and share knowledge on working out, either during or after pregnancy. A small touch on what happens in the body, but mainly talking about what can you do? What would be unsafe? Where should you focus on? There is difference in where and what to modify in during the different trimesters, and much more. Of course there will be enough time and space for any questions.
Physical workshops
This workshop is more like a fitness class. I will teach a pilates and/or barre inspired workout, where the women attending, only need a mat. All exercises will be safe for pregnancy with the correct modifications for different trimesters. After the workout there will be time for questions.
Now I know, not every place is the same and no target audience is the same. Therefore there will always be a customised factor in every workshop, to make sure to really offer what you and your clients need.
