Hi there!
Thank you for coming by. My name is Jadinda, but you can call me Dindi. I have been a professional dancer my whole life and lived all over the world. Whilst living and dancing everywhere, my body has been my most important tool and there hasn’t been a time where I wasn’t moving. As a personal trainer, pilates and barre teacher I believe that happiness comes from a healthy body, with strength as a priority. When you build strength from the deeper layers in the body, you will feel the power being carried through your whole body.
My passion and expertise is prenatal and postnatal fitness. Let me guide you through workouts before, during and after your pregnancy, keeping you strong and you and your baby safe. Our favourite way.
In my community it’s all about working out, but also about the joy and happiness in life. We can figure out what works best for you. In the end strength has everything to do with you, and giving your body the love it deserves.

I want to feel that I contributed positively to the life of another person. I feel the most comfortable when I move, and want to be part of people’s discovery, learning what your body is capable of. When moving your body you can change your health, lifestyle problems, posture and mental health. Teaching someone a new way of moving, normally brings out a true happiness and satisfaction and I want to be part of that.
