Dynamic Mat Pilates

60 minutes of movement focused on control, mobility and strength. A class, led by breath to reset your mind and body. But don’t be fooled, you will definitely feel the burn!

In the mood for the burn, but class times don’t suit you? Join the membership and you get acces to the on demand video service, with every week new & fresh workouts added.

Barre @ The Park

45 minutes of beat driven, mat based class. It is low impact but the results are high! This class is only on during the summer months, because whilst we work we get to enjoy the fresh air, view of trees and the feel of gras.
