Working out during and after your pregnancy can be a confusing time. There is so much information out there, with either the same or contrasting details. What should you follow? What is true? What is unsafe?

It’s my passion to train you during and after your pregnancy. I have specialised in this field, and I will find fun, challenging, but most importantly safe ways of training my women. There is so much to keep in mind, already from the moment you find out you are pregnant. Even though it can seem frightening, your pregnancy, energy levels, delivery and recovery will be positively influenced by training during this time. It is so beneficial to keep moving during your pregnancy and to safely get back into it after your delivery.

Stronger with Dindi is located in Rotterdam. Any personal training within this area can be done in real life, with 1:1 session in the comfort of your own home. Any other queries will be given online.
